Mark Wills

Always having a passion for sales and sales coaching excellence, and with more than 22 years of experience in sales leadership, Mark combines both corporate and enterprise experience to help business and sales leaders execute with precision in complex selling situations. Having lived in Southeast Asia for the last 15 years, he has spent of his career in financial services and real estate. Before joining Miller Heiman in 2014, he was the Managing Director of Sustainable Asset Management. He was personally responsible for capital initiatives into the Middle East, selling to and negotiating with multibillion dollar institutions, sovereign wealth funds and various Royal Families. Mark is now the Principle Partner for Enabling US, and a Consultant Partner for MHI Global, and coaches and consults with businesses in the professional services, banking/financial services, manufacturing, and corporate real estate. He lives in Johor Bahru with his wife and three children, and enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing golf and keeping fit.

Lekha Nair

Lekha Nair is the Group Sales Learning & Development Manager at International SOS. Spanning 18 years, her career includes business development, account management, management of sales teams, project management and learning and development with companies like Microsoft and Hewlett Packard. She also founded and ran her own training company before joining International SOS. Her career has taken her around the globe.

She is a certified Project Management Professional and Agile Certified Practitioner by the Project Management Institute, and is certified by Miller Heiman to run the Value Selling program within International SOS. She also holds a certificate in counselling. In her free time Lekha practices Muay Thai and is currently reading ‘The New Unconscious and what it teaches Us’!

David Ball

Originating from Australia, David has over 20 years of sales management and business development experience in the Asia Pacific region, including expatriate postings in Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore (twice). David has held senior director positions for multinationals including 12 years at International SOS and formerly with Thomson Group (now Thomas Reuters) and Skillsoft selling a diverse range of B2B solutions including risk management, education, training and software. David currently manages a sales team of 30 across 18 countries in Asia and has been the Asia region champion for Intl SOS for the rollout of Value selling and has, thus, experienced the implementation journey at every step.
